San Jose Bike Party presents The Where’s Waldo Ride!
Test Ride!
Join us on Wednesday, February 12 as we survey the route for February’s Where’s Waldo ride!
There’s so many things to scout out….where could Waldo be hiding? How are the road conditions….any hard to cross rail tracks or super dangerous potholes? Will the regroup stops work for us? One could even scope out their potential BIRD Corner to help guide folks along the way during our main event. Or maybe you just want to hang out with other #BikeMindedFolks …whatever! Join us because #EverythingIsBetterWithFriends!
The gathering starts at 6:45pm at an yet-to-be disclosed location in San Jose. Wheels hit the street at 7pm.
Location: 1555 Berger Drive SJ
Ride Leader: Frederick
Pace: Moderate! (12-14 mph average)
Route: https://ridewithgps.com/routes/31920632
What is San Jose Bike Party?
We are a mobile party that travels between 15-20 miles by bicycle through the streets of San Jose and the South Bay on the third Friday of every month. Each month features a different starting location and route that shall remain (somewhat) secret until the week of the ride!
We break the ride into three segments with two party stop regroups where you can get down on the mobile dance floor by Guerillaz In Da Mixx; or sample the tasty treats from our loyal food truck vendors.
We have an *optional theme* for those that want to dress up in costume. Our theme for February is Where’s Waldo?! “How do you dress up for this theme?” Dress like Waldo himself; or any character in the cavalcade of fun outfits from the book backgrounds. Even just Red & White Décor would be perfect. Bike decorations loudly encouraged!
