Join us in painting San José neon! Join us September 16th at 7:30PM for San José Bike Party where we will crank up the bass and let San José break the dance floor on our Neon Ride. We’d love it if you came dressed in your best rave outfit and put some extra flare into your bike lights this month!
Bring out your LEDs, your glow sticks and your best fuzzy boots!
Guerillaz in Da Mixx and Orange Guerilla DJ will be bringing you the regroup beats on the mobile dance floor. We’ll also be running our #LightMeUp free safety light distribution. If you don’t have a front and rear light for your bike, come see the Bike Party Birds at the start, 7:30PM, to get yours. Lights this month are provided by your donations to San José Bike Party, which have allowed us to distribute over 1000 lights so far for this program. Want to help make cycling safer in San José? Be visible and bring some water. We also encourage cyclists to ride to the start rather than drive; reducing auto traffic and parking demand.
